WHAT DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE?
A subscription is the best way to enjoy your favorite MCS products! You'll receive 20% off every order, double the MCS Club points, and exclusive surprises throughout your subscription. You'll also receive 500 welcome points, redeemable for $10 in MCS rewards to use on your next order. Your products will then be automatically delivered according to your chosen frequency.
HOW DOES THE DISCOUNT WORK ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS? DOES THE PRICE STAY THE SAME WITH EVERY DELIVERY?
Your 20% discount is automatically applied to every subscription order. If a product’s regular price changes, your order total may vary, but your 20% discount remains the same.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Your products are automatically delivered at your chosen frequency. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more (before taxes). You can adjust your delivery frequency as needed directly from your account.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME?
Yes! You can adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. You can also change your delivery frequency to receive your products on a schedule that works for you. CAN I SKIP A DELIVERY WITHOUT CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION?

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT IN MY SUBSCRIPTION IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK?
If a product in your subscription is temporarily unavailable, your delivery will simply be postponed until the product is back in stock.

Your payment method is automatically charged when your next subscription order is processed, based on your chosen delivery frequency.
WHY AM I RECEIVING RECURRING ORDERS WHEN I DIDN'T THINK I HAD SIGNED UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?

WHY WAS I AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR A NEW ORDER?
When you select a subscription at checkout, future orders are automatically charged to the payment method linked to your account, based on your chosen delivery frequency. CAN I COMBINE MY 20% SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNT WITH PROMOTIONAL OFFERS?
Promotional offers and subscription discounts cannot be combined. Your subscription guarantees 20% off every order at all times.
CAN I USE MY 10% WELCOME DISCOUNT ON MY SUBSCRIPTION?
No. The 10% welcome discount cannot be combined with your subscription discount. Your subscription already gives you 20% off every order, offering you even greater savings.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY REWARD WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
